Night tripping or day tripping? pros and cons? Wondering if I should try tripping tonight or wait til tomorrow morning. Never tripped through the night before. I get scared sometimes.

The nights were made for tripping. only thing that sucks is it's hard to sleep.

I’m mostly a night tripper. I don’t like day tripping because I constantly gets calls and messages I have to respond too and I’m paranoid about unexpected visitors.

Does dusk count as both? I've tripped during the day, wasnt too bad. I enjoy staring at the stars though during reality dissolution, and all the colors In the night sky that you just can't see during the day.

I like the fact that you can go out and stroll the streets at night without encountering to many people.

I used to only trip overnight, generally coming down around 6-7am. The nighttime always seemed perfect for tripping to me. But I've also been a nightowl pretty much my whole life since teenage years. And the nighttime habit also started due to that being the time that was available for me to trip.
But in recent years, I've been doing it during the day also since a lot of times I will have days wide open. They're both great in their own ways.
In the middle of the night / early morning, there's always that feeling that you're in your own little world.. and I find it translates well to tripping. If you go out into the world, its all lit up with lights that look cool.

during the summer months I love hiking and kayaking tripping, The colors during the day definitely are a sight to behold. sometimes it's a little overwhelming though. I guess I like tripping in almost any situation, but I generally prefer nights as people will leave me tf alone.

Yeah, outside during a nice sunny day is pretty great
Another time I like is when a good storm is blowing in... if you can manage to time the come up with the onset of a storm, pretty epic. Trees all swaying hard in the big wind... storms blowing in kind of have the energy of a trip coming on even when sober

I mostly trip at night and prefer higher doses when I do, shut the lights off and either pop some headphones in or just silence or take lower doses if I'm tripping during the day with exceptions of course but night is generally better. It's quieter and you're less likely to have distractions.

I'm generally indoors either way too, but I also enjoy tripping in nature. Unfortunately I live right off a major highway and it gets fucking loud during the day so I've found myself constantly distracted by the sounds of cars and sirens during my day trips.

Good point.. everyone is obsessed with their goddamn lawn here, so lots of lawnmower/weedwacker noise and whatnot during the day

Hate lawnmowers, I literally try to turn every square inch of my yard into garden planning on growing some more native species this year but collected some rather uncommon seeds from my crop last year. Can't work so I plan on selling my excess at the local farmers markets, make a bit extra on a schedule I can keep with my seizures controlling so much of my life. Hell it's winter in the prairies and I've already got my basement and tropical room in near full swing in my new house, just waiting for a bit more money so I can get more lights.

I have a nice view of the city lights so I like looking out over that, but I also find I can't sleep well into the next day. Day tripping fucks up my sleep less.
