There’s no picture, it’s kinda tricky at first.
Be careful using the search engine or suggested threads because for some reason it shows the real old ones. Forking your surface is definitely not helping you, but I’ve seen old threads talking about deep scratches or whatever. Just case it and wait. I know it’s hard I constantly messed with my first couple too.

Looks pretty good. There’s some knots in there so you should see pins soon. When I did Burma they were much slower growing then other types, but I was fruiting in cooler temps around 65-70 so I think this type in particular likes it on the warmer side.
anyway looks good don’t mess with it too much!

Mono should get enough air on it’s own, it seems like people recently discovered fanning isn’t really necessary for any method now as long as there’s enough air.
Mist just enough to keep the surface covered in tiny beads of water. IME a lot of people, myself included, mist too much when they’re new.
