Agreed. The body is super adept at getting what it needs...subconsciously.
That's why I aim to eat healthy foods when I do eat - the best chance of providing macro and micro nutrients.
I am, however, against Keto. sure, I tried it. It works. But the second you eat a carb, your fat cells take on water, and you turn bloated. I have found much better results eating a clean vegan diet. No inflammation. No allergies (which I have had my entire life). More energy. More alert.
The China Study essentially linked any/all animal products with poor health. The largest study ever conducted on diet (I am told - not verified).
I do think it's a process. The cleaner you eat, and the more you exercise, the more better you get at determining the foods that negatively impact you. When you eat crap, it's hard to discern what part of the crap is not working with you. That's for my secular family.
For my bible beating brothers....It just makes sense...anyway. Eat what the earth provides, and does not require blood sacrifice. Think about the Book of Daniel. What does he prescribe when the Kings men are sick (eating the kings rations!)? What does God say will be our food in genesis?
In the end, all food may be "clean" or "permissible", but it's not always constructive! Be mindful and the answer becomes clear - at least to me!

Once went from 120kg down to 80kg in about 6 months and have held the weight of for 15 years.
Less in more out.
The hardest part is changing your habits (and usually addressing the underlying problems that got you there).

I sense it's not too late.
Not for anyone, and not for you.
Too late for "WHAT?" you might ask yourself, as you mull over the day before, lifetimes before this ones, and even the world before the "big bang".
As you consider the gravity of the situation and the positive nature of the world you are not involved in, you truly believe that you can change.

So doing lots of coke and outsourcing your exercise
I doidnt do coke or drugs, but I have been exciting myself so much, deliberately, to use it as a cardio exercise to strengthen my cardiovascular system while giving my body rest, and combining this with a speck of steroid protein and foods in proportions to match, while keeping the body calm, I was body-building pspecigically the strength of my heart muscle. I was getting low oxygen saturation because my hard had to work so hard, and the pool was closed for 6 weeks, so I gave myself selctive cardio to strengthen my heart specifically as I danced in my chair to the music and the thrill. And then poww, sleep to grow muscle.
What I did made more sense than I could tell, trust me on that. But blooidy hell there was sense in some of what I did tell.

There was sense in all you told.
People feel each other for miles.
Rivers run muddy in the communication.
Your aura is green, shining . Royal purple in the onslaught. Deep red in the wash out.
And then you are born again, strong of all auras.

you get it.
People are so worried and confused out of fear.
We need to learn to master ours, becaome masters of our life.
365+lbs/164kg is mismanagement of your body, understandable but, something must be done.
This is a mismanagement on all levels of my life.
And the fog is clearing, with the power of God, Grayskull AND Motörhead.
I even invoked Evil to make my point
Even out fear, doubt and pain serve to teach us.
Because I handled the machine of my body just right, fueled all forms of metabolism just right, and threw a dash of anabol in the mix, that tiny bit of fairy dust pavked a few ponds of muscle on me, that protein went right to functional muscle.
Thick hard bicepses, bicycling like I'm in the Tour de France, mental power to help the kamehameha going..
What a trip.
A bit masochist but, the train is slowing down.
Powering down
For the pool to open
With not muscle loss and fat gain
But with muscle gain and still opverall weightloss while retaining water that comes off.
The hard ride is ridden.
So whats more weaksauce and lame than throwing this toadstool in the locomotive?
What a workout
I owe it to all people in my life, especially the people in my local pool, to have them see a weightloss miracle unfold, especially the fat kids that gave me all those high fives for trucking on despitye extreme obesity.
Education demands a happy end.
If not for me, then for them, who are fatter in their childhood than I was at that time.
So this weightloss advice, not the steroids!! will also help me to give them the weightloss advice they need, and would ask for if I do lose the weight.
Educate.
Ah some more power in the locomotive, you gotta keep on trucking, right?

I'm thinking about the bloodshed that was done by men and women, by the holy power of the highest angel.
