Are these fimicola (browns)? And papilionaceus (whites)? Some whites have less darker gills... Actives or not? Found today under oak trees on dung, at 600m height.

You appear to have a mixed collection of P. papilionaceus and P. acuminatus.

There are no toxic species of Panaeolus. The light colored ones are just a paler variety of P. papilionaceus.

wikipedia says "edibility:uknown", for panaeolus accuminatus. Also "not active", so why the blueing?
Some guys on the net saying that some varieties of papilionaceus are active, like "Panaeolus Papilionaceus var. Bisporus".

I don’t see any blue bruising? Perhaps the black of the gills is showing through the caps. This has confused me before. Generally the lesser potent Pans bruise on the base of the stem. The more potent ones bruise readily all over.

These are not bruising blue.

You are most likely referring to P. papilionaceus var. parvisporus. Panaeolus bisporus is a completely different species and belongs in the subgenus Copelandia.

None of your finds are active.

None of the P. papilionaceus variants are psychoactive.

What is the difference between fimicola & accuminatus? I was looking pictures on the net & found both species very similar.

What I find that is supposedly P. fimicola are generally smaller and have paler, more brittle stems than P. acuminatus.
They are similar in that they both grow in grassy areas and may occur year round if the conditions are right. They are also both hygrophanous, but I find P. fimicola to be more pale in their dried state, while P. acuminatus seem to retain a browner shade. Also, P. fimicola seems to open their caps more, but this is variable and occurs in many species of Panaeolus.
It is also worth noting that while P. fimicola is apparently common, it is more difficult to pin down to species without either a microscope or DNA analysis. Add that it is very low in active compounds, it is a species that is most tedious to gather if you are looking for a psychedelic experience. I wouldn't say it's worth the effort, since there are several much more potent species that are easier to identify.

On another post u said this:
 is Panaeolus Accuminatus.
This is the same mushroom after 5 days:

This is todays picture of the mushrooms I picked yesterday:
Caps getting a bit paler, as u said.
I don't think they are the same strain or variety.
I'm on an island in central Greece and the highest forest altitude around here is about 650 meters. Hope to find some bohemicas, but i think the altitude is not enough.
Thanx for the info man.
