Here's just one example for 1/5 of an acre, 8K sq ft 60 x 135 ft, there are lots of lots for sale on craigslist and other regular real estate sites as well, but i like land equities cuz of their financing options.
disclaimer: i have no stake in the site, i don't sell real estate, though i probably should start, lol
That is not how you buy land. That has scam written all over it
Nice neighborhood🤦♂️

You gotta remember even remote land goes for good money comparatively. Anything dirt cheap is typically dirt cheap for a various very shitty reasons. You also have to remember what type of zoning and building codes and land use restrictions there might be. Again if it's cheap it's cheap for a reason. Access is a big deal too. And on Hawaii especially you have to worry about a whole clan of fat stinky hawaiians showing up with pineapple knives or whatever they use over there threating to kill your family if you dont get off thier ancestral land you unwittingly jus bought. Judging by koods picture it's highly likely.

Man I'd buy property on a hill with a view of the city. My buddy when we were growing up had a home in the mountains and the view was nice of the city.

I inherited 3 acres with a surrounding 30 acres that the rest of my family owns that will never be used, about 8 hours from me and I have no idea what to do with it. Thinking about putting up a large shed and trying to live in that. The only thing is I will need to still work and I think the closest small town is about 45 mins away. Maybe I can make it work, idk.

Bruuuuh. I'd jump on that in a heartbeat if I was you. Where there is a will there is a way.

Yeh I'm going to be checking it out this summer. Power is already there, just turned off I believe. And a well is already on the property. Figuring I could save a few grand and try to just find a shitty part time job to make ends meet once I'm there. I could live in a shed.
