Sure, it might be different cause of your age but - one thing Obama deff did right - they can’t even ask about preexisting conditions. Go to the site man, it takes like 10 min to get a quote and it might surprise you. Sending much positive vibes as well.
Don’t you just love unexpected bills? Like reaching into an old jacket pocket and finding a puddle of diarrhea that you totally forgot was there!💩

Save up money bro. Buy some land. You can make you're dream possible. Just lower your standards (a lot) cuz you're probably going to have to sacrifice a lot of material things before you can make the move and then you're going to probably have to surrender a lot of modern amenities (for a time) after the move. But if you're willing to sacrifice ~4 years (saving up every penny you can) you could end up living your dream sooner than you might think is possible.

Also, another thing to consider, if you save up enough to buy cheap land, instead of building a cabin at first, you could also save up enough to buy an old RV and live in that while you save up more money while you're on your land to build a cabin.

Buying land is tough, for a long time I planned to buy land. The time it takes to research just one area of land and to schedule trips to go see it, emailing the land realtors etc. You finally get there to see the land you saw for sale on the internet and it's less than or not what you expected from the computer based research. You look into the costs of buying, financing, owning, traveling to, the development costs, electricity, road access, water and gas access, how you'll balance work with the land project money sink, whether youll get bored of your land, and it gets pretty crazy thinking about it all. Go through this process 5 or 6 times and it wears on your dream of being a land owner.
That's where im at with off grid living at least. Nowadays days I'm more inclined to not buy any land and instead keep all my money and do the sustainable world moto travel for a better position of freedom

Most people hate anything that's unexpected, except for a winning lotto ticket.

It's a lot easier that you guys think. I've done it in Hawaii. You guys just have to look into areas where land is cheap, and in particular where it rains enough to collect it; with water catchment and solar power it's very easy and relatively inexpensive; just lower your expectations and expect some hardship especially at first; also you can buy land in an area that doesn't have a lot of rain if they have free water spouts you can buy large plastic containers and fill them with water. People here on this island do that as well as a large chunk of the island doesn't get rain.
Look into LandEquities; look into Big Island of Hawaii, Alaska, and middle america states that have land even cheaper. If you tell yourself it's too difficult and make excuses why you can't do it you never will.
Trees: As for going rubber tramp style i totally dig that idea as well; though it is a lot more 'dangerous' and unstable i feel; however no doubt filled with more adventure.

Hawaiian land seems to be extremely pricey. https://www.landwatch.com/Hawaii_land_for_sale
While the climate is ideal it is unaffordable unless you manage to inherit a small fortune buying in Hawaii seems very unlikely for the average person. I'm looking into the pacific northwest and Idaho.

I think I wanna make a dank gypsy wagon. I've been watching tons of videos. Most these people that are building these things have like no fucking money at all. They cant even afford real apartments and live out of the things. I also kind want to get some remote land and throw up one those earthship things. Just seems like a really ingenious design and actually off the grid.

Like I said look into land equities. They have properties for sale on the big island for real cheap and really short term payment plans if you don't have cash saved. Here on the big island (not oahu) there are hundreds of properties for less than $10K

Here's just one example for 1/5 of an acre, 8K sq ft 60 x 135 ft, there are lots of lots for sale on craigslist and other regular real estate sites as well, but i like land equities cuz of their financing options.
disclaimer: i have no stake in the site, i don't sell real estate, though i probably should start, lol

Yeah something like that would be cool
I know that I bug a lot of people on here
If you met me you would understand and see it
Went into the city tonight to see if I could meet anyone
It was fucking shitty and it bugged me
Realized again that I would not touch any of those people with a 10 foot pole
I wish them well though
I'm not looking to meet anyone anymore because I dont think we could relate in pretty much any way
I run off a lot of energy in a fucking crazy way
Not even sure how to describe it just go all out storming 7 days a week non stop , all day all night sober too
I'm just crazy or something man for real
think that a lot of people underestimate it and they dont quite see it
I would love to just sit down one day and have a day of rest and peace
Tried that in Europe not so long ago , nobody really wakes up in the morning to work or anything , everything shuts down for nap time , it's very chill
I was like fuck this
bring me to the field and let me pick some vegetables in the sunshine or something I wont to sweat balls
It keeps my mind sane
Been exercising a lot and it feels good already made a big improvement from around late October
I like moving
Family in America rides from Florida to Alaska on motorcycles , crazy long bike trips all over
I would like to do something like that
Crazy adventure like that sounds good one day
