Easiest vine preparation for noobs?

Hello,
What's the easiest way for preparing 50g B.Caapi and 5g MHRB with the least amount of boiling/filtration involved? I read that I can shred the MHRB to powder and directly consume with MAOI inhibitor, what's the fastest way to prepare the B.Caapi? I would like to try it for the first time and afterwards figure out where to go from there. Thanks!

Boil it make tea!
Your mimosa is 1-2% DMT. Consuming all that powder be a gut ache waiting to happening. I don’t think you digestion could make use of that all where desired effects be anyway in sight.
Take a moment and make your tea.
WHY NOT?

Easiest and fastest are things you should purge your mind of before you decide to take it. You want to put your full attention and intention into the process.
But as far as what is the most accessible?
A process of boiling in water and vinegar and adequately straining.
Eating a pulverized powder is just asking for a retched gastro-intenstinal experience with no psychedelic/spiritual experience.

Don't think it's worth the risk of digestive issues in that case. Can I boil both the MHRB and B.Caapi for 3x3h with some vinegar, filter and reduce. Let it cool down a bit and add two egg whites, heat up, filter solution and drink?

That is the idea. 3x 3hrs - strain/reserve liquid each time - reduce - refrigerate overnight - final strain - combine. I've never used an egg white filter.
There are more thorough guides around the internet and almost certainly on these forums.
I advise looking deep into every aspect of the process.

Made some strong brews by covering the vine and MHRB separately in warm vinegar for half an hour, then covering with an excess of water and simmering for about an hour and repeating this precess until you are getting no more colour in your boils, should take 2-3 pulls but possibly more.

It's best to keep the bark and the caapi separated.
Means do not boil them into one brew, instead boil them separately and make two different brews. One caapi brew, and one with the bark.
Three boils of an hour to 90min each should be enough to get most of the alkaloids out.
An egg white is a very good idea to filter the brew.
Take your caapi brew first, then 20min later drink the mhrb brew. The reason behind is that the maoi from the caapi needs some time to act. Then, after 20 to 30min, gut mao is fully inhibited and you can ingest the dmt brew.
Some people get good effects whith both compounds taken at the same time, but many people get better results when the dmt is taken some time after the maoi. Everyone reacts differently, so it might take some attempts to find the perfect timing for you. Don't wait too long, though. 15 to 40min, no longer.
Have fun and report back.

Yeah, I've personally noticed better results with taking them at the same time. Maybe I repopulate quickly?

Some take simultaneously and some stagger them. I always wait 30-40 minutes between with aya-- but be careful with MHRB man-- that shit hits a lot harder than viridis-- if you have strong vine plus 5g worth of mimosa you might be in for one hell of a ride.
And the egg-white thing is bulletproof for any wood/vine/bark** because it grabs almost all of the tannins and leaves the alks in the water-- the tannins are what makes you sick 99% of the time (although heavy harmala load can absolutely cause you to vomit but that's the chemical reaction to your system, not tannins) You just have to make sure you gently (thoroughly) mix it into the cool, already filtered/decanted liquid-- you don't want to blend or froth it up if you can avoid it.
Then SLOWLY re-heat it, and you'll see the egg start to harden into white/brown gunk as it heats up to boil. After a simple filtering it leaves a crystal clear liquid that tastes fucking amazing.
**DO NOT do this with leaf like chacruna or chali though-- it will not work and will ruin your drink.

Seriously caapi tea tastes really good once those bitter awful particulate tannins are removed, like a rich, flavorful beverage-- once I learned about the eggwhite treatment I have never prepped Aya without it.
