Post some pics of your PC with the amount of water you use.
Are you cooking on gas or electric. Is the flame lapping up the side of the cooker?

I've tried the different amounts and i've even put lid rings on one of the plates, and more rings on that, and the other plate on top of that. Same thing with the bags. The fist pic is 600 ml, just to the top of the plate. Secound about 1200 ml and the last is roughly 1600 ml

It's an electric stove, so no flames up the sides.

What is the point of trying to use as little water as possible?
If I had stuff burning my first thought would be “damn. I need more water”
Maybe your seal is fucked and your losing more water than you used to? Do you oil your gasket?
Hope this time it works out!!

No point in that really. Problem is that it's only started to burn for real.
Actually there could be something about the seal. Because the pressure tends to drop after about 1 hour of cooking but it's all ways hard to get off when it has cooled. I totally forgot about that. No oiling
It doesn't seem like im loosing more water than usually though

It's hard to keep pressure up when there's not enough water.

2) Pour 2-3" of water in cooker.
However, when you say 600ml, that is not going to provide anywhere close to 2".

You're right about that. I'll see how it goes with the 2L of water which is on the stove now. Hope i just too little water.
