Nearly no mycelium on top of the cake

Dear Shoomery Community,
I bought a ready-to-go mushroom cake in Amsterdam and followed the instructions on the web/package very meticulous. But nearly no mycelium is growing on the surface, nor I see some little mushrooms on top of my cake although I should see it, following the instruction. Furthermore many growing reports have much more mycelium on top, so I'm wondering if I did anything wrong.
Any advice for me? Maybe I just need to be patient?
Day 1: I fumigated the plastic box of the cake and placed the box into 200ml tab water within the plastic bag and closed it with a paper clip. I placed the whole set-up behind a heating system to get 19-23 degrees. Day 4: I cut two holes into the plastic bag (regarding the instruction), but now I thought it would be better to place the 1 meter away from the heating system, so it stays warm and has enough sunlight. Day: 14: No worth mentioning change in mycelium growth (see pictures).
Happy to get any advice or questions that may be relevant for you to finally understood the problem.
Yours Pilzle

What is that up top, wood chips? Large verm? Whatever it is, is it dry? You dnt see any side/bottom pins? If there are pins up top it's possible you cant see them cuz of that "casing" or whatnot.

Thanks GypsyCurse, I'm honest to get your help and some advice.
I just see one mushroom with 5mm in size and some white dots. Just noticed it.
I used gloves and studied the surface, seems a bit dry. No moisture on the tip of my finger when I'm putting it on the surface, although it's quite soft. Maybe put the whole setup to my bathroom and heat up the shower for high air moisture?
Sorry, I don't know the ingredients of the cake. Nothing on the package as well, doesn't look like wood chips, but not quite sure tbh.

I thnk id jst let it do its thing. You have a pin and hyphal knots, and the mycelium is not turning blue as though it were dry. Jst keep doing what your doing.
