What to do after three weeks of cultivation

I have successfully cultivated a number of 240ml jars using the pf tek method. Im happy with the jars so far except for two.
I injected 4 times on each side against the glass but only one of the four injected points (jar holes) have generated mycelium after 3 weeks, meaning most of the cake is like it was at inoculation the only difference is a nice white patch on one side.
I probably didn't shake the syringe. Question is What do I do? will it eventually cover the jar but will take longer. Do I throw it out?
The rest of the jars have taken hold without any contamination. Throwing out two is not a big deal.

once your pfcakes are 100% colonized, eg. covered in nice white mycelium all over, including the bottom then you want to give them a few days to a week to "consolidate". the cakes will likely shrink a bit inside the jars, allowing dry verm from top to fall down sides, may start looking 'lumpy' (these are knots, pins will form shortly after) but still nice and white all over. They should pop out pretty easy when you're ready to fruit them. just do not turn jar to side to look while they are colonizing, the dry verm layer on top needs be left undisturbed to be effective filter until they get birthed.
so for these jars that are ready to birth, dunk and roll them and stick them in your fruiting chamber (FC), maintain as suggested in tek used thru flushes and harvests.
the other jars may have stalled, which may due to contams. if nothing becomes obvious contam looking in a few days they may finish up by time others first flush is coming in tho. if so then just birth, dunk and roll and add to FC when the other two are ready.

Thanks for the quick response and the next steps on the ones that are growing perfectly.
The two jars with the problem haven't stalled. The mycelium keeps growing but only on one side. What do I do with these?
Shall I wait until it fully colonised which will take much longer.

Yeah, that’s pretty normal. Spores can be a bitch to germinate.

yah, the two not yet ready just leave them until they are either ready to birth and add to FC or become obvious contaminated so toss them if so.

That's going to take ages. ☹️ Wouldn't the mushrooms grow in the jar only on one side first before it fully colonised?
What if I sterilise some verm. Take out the verm that in the jars. Shake. Add fresh sterilised verm. Cover and let it grow. I know I'm risking contamination here!!

If you do that, there’s no risk. You’d be GUARANTEEING contams.
It’ll take about 5-10 days longer than normal.
Mycelium expands until there’s nothing to colonize, then it produces fruit.

It's not worth it and probably would result in failure. Just make up some new cakes man. Let the slow ones do their thing and toss them if you see any funky shit start growing.
Myc is conscious and doesn't fruit (typically, anything can happen though) until it either finishes eating it's food (available nutrition) or runs into a threat (contam).

I just birthed a bunch of jars that were intentionally inoculated from only one spot on the jar and they all did fine.. they took about 2 weeks longer than usual but they worked great
