Big Mushy Question

A family member has many tumors including some in the brain (she hallucinates due to it) I have been suggestion she tries mush (she is very active and refuses to let this disease take her down yet) My question is "Does anyone else have exp with mush and brain cancer? I am thinking it may not be safe even for micro-dosing (cause she hallucinates naturally right now)" I just wanna make her feel good again, she uses ritalin for the stims right now.

It Depends
Does She Take Any Medications?
Does She Have A History Of Seizures?
These Are Important Factors To Consider Before Giving Anyone Psilocybin.

She did them many years ago (heavy party past but sober from anything for over 20 years and has used them but I asked how she thinks she can handle anxiety and she laughed lol. Not a good laugh. ) So that has really made me think twice about this. And meds she is on opiates/ritalin and other unknown to me. Maybe a steroid but I never asked.
So my thoughts are the anxiety risk and the risk of her tumor hallucinations causing the micro dose to be potent. She does not wasnt things to get all wonky as she says

The hallucinating caused by the tumor is not the same mechanism by which the mushrooms would interact. Meaning that the mushrooms would not be potentate do to the tumor. Mushrooms are pretty wonky sans tumor. That said, she should be okay to trip if she is ready to trip. The tumor in and of itself shouldn't have much if any impact.

If She Takes Any Medications, I Don't Recommend You Give Her Psilocybin.

Psychedelics like psilocybin can have positive impacts on death anxiety. There is clinical literature on it, I can't remember specifics of any studies though. But I don't know if that included serious illness anxiety though.

As seen here:
Great documentary!
