Doesn't really matter... I would be more bummed that you got tiny little shrimp dick fruits. Probably some weird genetics and maybe bad conditions, but those are ready to harvest... or throw away.
Actually those kinda look like they were pins when you dunked. Sometimes little pins do that to me when I dunk with them still on the sub.

What’s your tub setup, those need more FAE. I love the one in the top right that did a 360.

This is my first grow I'm doing an unmodified tub. They really could have been pins when I floated the tub I was under the impression that you leave the pins. I only started a month ago any advice is much appreciated

That would be my guess - depending on how long ago you dunked.
When did you drunk?

I dunked it for like 15min then capped it and cracked it 3 days later. Would I be better off doing a dialed in monotub I was loosely following gordotek but he seems to be having alot better luck

Those are def just leftovers from the first flush if they're only three days after dunking. You also should dunk for like 3 hours not 15 min.
Unmodified works fine

Ah yeah that all explains it. The added moisture from the dunk has created an excessively moist environment giving them fuzzy feet and caps that are drunk. By the time the next flush comes in, the excessive humidity should have settled itself.
If you are cracking them during the dunk, just use a similar sized tub to sit on top of it to weigh it down, instead of using your hands.

Wow can't believe I didn't think of that. How long should the dunk be?

So I should pick everything when harvesting? Do you keep the babies?

They need more mist I think. I'd heavily mist like 5-6 squirts as you want it moist, but not really on the surface as the pins will get all fucked up then.

Lol wtf....
They’re water logged pins that got dunked, they need to get picked and kept or tossed. The last thing they need is more water. Also, did you just suggest he mist the plastic sides of the tubs “not the surface”?

What Chard said, a good couple hours. The mycelium forms a partially hydrophobic boundary (In a clear tub when dunked this can be seen as a light shimmer on the mycelium, where it’s held onto a tiny layer of air) you’re really waiting to give it time to absorb and literally for it to take a drink and rehydrate.
Keep the pins (babies) when harvesting to see if they will get bigger, but once it’s dunk time I normally clear the whole surface. Pins can indeed survive multiple hour dunks but it’s a dice roll, and clearly not in that tub design. Pins are equal to ever so slightly more active than mature fruits, just tiny. It’s not really any loss as whatever it was going to put into those pins, it will eventually into new fruits.
