Medicinal indoor grow

So I've been recently interested yet hesitant on growing medicinal indoors due to only knowing of a few in the first place (reishi + Lions. I think RR mentioned something about shitaake being favored lately?) but also the factors that are involved could be my undoing.
I've been reading here and there the great properties these have as well as the space and air flow they need. However the spores they give off are very heavy and could cause lung damage (asthmatic) as well as possibly black mold?!? (the black mold part really got to me).
I'm currently locked in for winter season and only grew actives so far alas in my bedroom due to limited space (smart? Dumb? Not sure.)
Is there any cool climated medicinal species that are able to be grown in a bedroom without haphazardous consequences?
Some species are sporeless if I'm not mistaken, does that have underlying issues from growing indoors still or does it negate that issue entirely.
Looking to dry and encapsulate with said product.
Thanks for reading

I see your point on spores. First time I grew lion's mane in the greenhouse, with just one fruit, I could see the spores coming out like a smoke haze at night. However, you might be able to do grow them in a storage box with adequate containment of spores. This is what I am doing now. Lion's Mane as far as I know prefers cool climates, although it seems to be fruiting even in 25C room temps.

Reishi can be grown inside unopened filter bags, you'll get antler shaped reishi. Shiitake can be picked before they really start to sporulate.
The only sporeless species I know off are oyster mushrooms.

It should be specified that oysters are not a sporeless species, they are spore hell, but sporeless commercial strains do exist and are not too rare.
I wish there was a sporeless lions mane, that would be badass

So since they're sporeless would taking a tissue sample to agar or lc be the only way keep the species around? And how have you been liking it so far?

I will make a master slant to preserve it. Then I will G2G. When the G2G gets old I will go fro master to agar and start over. I have not fruited it yet so I can't say much about it at this point.
