Is it okay to jar my hydrated rye berries and then store them in the fridge over night and then PC in the morning? It is getting late and I cannot stay up long enough to run a full PC cycle right now...

Overnight in the fridge is fine.
I honestly wouldn't bother with the fridge if it's just overnight tbh...but it won't hurt them either way.

It's not only ok but actually preferable in order to dry them out as much as possible.

Stay up late and do the PC run.
In this hobby, I lose sleep.
