Dream Therapy?
    #2633122 - 05/03/04 07:08 PM (12 years, 7 months ago)

I just woke up from a long nap that included a lot of intense, almost lucid dreaming. I woke up and felt great, like my brain palette had been cleansed. I feel more alert than I have in days. What do you guys think? Does dreaming have some effect on your daily lives, performance-wise? Do you think heavy dreaming/lucid dreaming can be induced to help combat stress? Or is my refreshedness contributed only to the fact that I just took a long nap?

I think that the closer you get to revealing the secret (of the world of the dream and the world of the awaken being ONE )
the more energy you gain, because the idea of a totaly awaken self is  already intense .

I can feel you are in a very special state. go on...

Dreams annoy me.

If i have a great dream and i wake up, i'll say "damn back to shitty boring reality," and i will feel bad.

If i have a bad dream or a night terror and i wake up i will just feel bad from it. Negative emotions and feelings created by a dream can last with me throughout the whole day.
