Today around 3-4hours ago first time in my life I ate magic mushrooms.
The experience is so overwhelming, and I had receive so much from the experience, I feel like I just had profound psychotherapy treatment. I have also acquired great honest wish to help people.
I ate 1 gram of dried PES Amazonia mushroom 2-3 skinny dried mushrooms.
The experience is so overwhelming, I have feelings of empathy all emotions at once and care and empathy for all people
I cried a lot, and I realized that I would normal hold back wanting to cry because its not masculine enough, not manly. it helped me realize that I should not be afraid to be vulnerable we are vulnerable creatures.
I have my role that I trap myself into where i think i cant cry because i have to be strong, or i cant feel something.
I learnt from this that we put ourselves into certain roles in society, in relationships, where we are not true.
We should not be afraid to be real honest and vulnerable with all our emotions.

One of the effects mushrooms have on me is crying, Its odd because I can be completely happy and enjoying my trip and tears will roll for no reason. I agree with you that people can put themselves in a kind of emotionless state which is unnatural. I had a history teacher in middle school that told me you should laugh, and cry everyday. I never knew what he meant until I tried psychedelics later on in life. I thought he was just bipolar but my man was dropping straight truth on us.

There aren't bad emotions, we need all of then. We need to understand them and process them. I'm glad you came to this realization.

We are so unaware of our own emotions at times because they're usually masked by the busy lives we live. We forget to be present in the moment and reflect how we are feeling.
Mushrooms have a tendency to block all the exterior bullshit out and make you focus within. You think more of how you're living your life and the people in your life. Opposed to bills and the other bullshit that just distracts us from our inner self. This world wants us to be robots.
Mushrooms are literally what keeps me 'sane', nonetheless. People go through the same motions and never take a step back and look at the big picture. Until you have a mushroom trip. Your cards are dealt right in front of your eyes and you make adjustments accordingly. At least for me that is.

The oneness can be overwhelming sometimes. Unfortunately in our western culture it’s not a man thing to do. What they don’t tell you that it is very unhealthy to hold it in.
