This was recommended I honestly don't masturbate that much anymore. I'm going to cut it down too but they said to use this to practice in.
When I was using kratom not that long ago I couldn't cum at all so I stopped masturbating for months and it helped escpecially when I quit but I take to long like 20 minutes at least.

Make sure you're using enough lube. Unlubricated masturbation can be very desensitizing, and is very different from sex.

Like you said, kratom and most other drugs will affect the way you orgasm. You also sound like you're running yourself dry and it seems like you know what to do. You know your body best!

This problem is more common than you think
Ejaculation has to do with both Friction and Fantasy.
You need to stop the friction (or greatly reduce it, use non dominant hand gently) and cut out all porn (fantasy) at the same time.
I read a study and it concluded that it will take 6 weeks for the system to reset.

I dont see how will this be a problem... this is not a dealbreaker for girls they love guys with stamina... you could go at it for 20-30 mins and then fake your orgasm and go do your things... jackoff in the bathroom for keeping blueballs at bay
