Is it posible to get water out of jars without opening them ?
Like heating them in the oven on some 150 C degrees , water should escape through the holes on the lid .. .

I made some pop corn jars and it is too moist in there i think ...

What should i do ?

yeah , 5 minutes ago ... I think i didn't put the foil tightly so some water came in the jars , i don't understand how else could i get so much moisture in there after PCing ( the jars had perfect moisture before PCing ) ...

I tried evaporating the water in the jars in the oven , but after the jars cooled again some moisture started to condense on the edges of the jar ... I just shaked them good and innoculated , i think with time the water should evaporate ( through the filter and innoculation holes on the jars ) ...

What do you think about this , will it work as i said ?

yeah , it works well . You have to soak in water 24 hours and then cook it for an hour on low flame . Then you just let the water drain of the popcorn and load it in the jars and pressure cook ...

Now i checked my jars and they are now allright , there is a bit more moist in there , but it is more like normal now ... With time this water will evaporate slowly , so there should be no problem . This time i was realy carefull about sterilization , i think there should be no problem with any molds this time , well only thing i fear right now is wet spot .. .

Ill let you know the results ...

If you innoculated 5 minutes ago and then you are going to put them in the oven at 150'f to evaporate the moisture, you may as well start over!Thermal death occurs at 106'f!
