Panaeolus Cambodginiensis from Russia. * 16
    #26293989 - 11/02/19 11:30 AM (4 years, 4 months ago)

Greetings brothers Grover! I apologize for my English. Please understand.

Hay-manure was prepared, placed in jars as airy as possible.

Sterilized in a pressure cooker.

In gloveboxes shifted by a small piece overgrown with mycelium in each jar.

Then in incubator on 30 degrees in during 18 days.

Mycelium-snow-white cotton wool!

The container is larger, for a wider area of fouling.

Volume of 10 liters.

I taped the outside of it with metallic light tape.

Sterilized 4 cans 0.7 l. with a cover in a pressure cooker.

In an isolated box laid a layer of 2 cm. Moistened.

Well overgrown eight cans laid an air layer over the cover and sprayed liberally.

Covered the remaining cover as thin as possible, closer to 0.5 cm and also moistened.

Wrapped with foil and put on fouling in an incubator 30 degrees.

After a day and a half, the mycelium sprouted through the cover.

Put it in the greenhouse.Temperatures on fruiting fielded 28gr.

On the third day the little ones appeared…

On the fourth day have grown up..

On the fifth-go to the forest to harvest Panaeolus!

Harvest 214 grams of raw weight for the first flash.

In the drying-10.6 gr.

Waiting for the second flash.

Three days later, we collect the second flash.

On yields-slightly less the first.

Passed still three days and the third wave of assembled.

The next waves can not be expected.Mushrooms will gradually grow and gather.

This is a fantastic grow. Can you give us some details on your fruiting chamber?

Ok.
The greenhouse is made of a plastic box volume of 60 liters.
Inside poured filtered water 5 liters.
Heated to 28 degrees by aquarium heater.Run continuously.
The water is oxygenated by an aquarium compressor with a capacity of 200 liters.Works 24 hours.
At the top of the greenhouse air fan 50x50 mm.
In the other part there are two fans for CO2 removal with the size of 40x40 mm.
Fans turn on every three hours for 2 minutes.
Everything is controlled by an electronic time relay.
Humidity is constant around 98%.
Led lamp in the middle of the lid at 3 watts, works 12x12 hours.

I don't see that you used grains? You sterilized grains with the manure and grass inside those bottles?

I don't use grain.Inoculated mixture of horse manure and grass (hay).Everything grows only on hay-manure with a cover of peat and vermiculite.

I only grow cubensis on grain, and Panaeolus on manure and hay.As you can see, they grow under the right conditions.

So, he exchange his Fresh air every three hours, while in the Panaeolus cyanescens main thread jake in example exchange his martha fruiting chamber fresh air about 4 times per hour.

He has constant temperature at 28°C and constant humidity at 98%. While in the main thread people are looking for humidity drops and temperature fluctuations to achieve greater evaporation but this guy manage to do it Perfectly with constant temperature and humidity.

This guy manage do it without grains as well... wow.
