i woke up and fount this...i looked around and saw no pictures like it.. but i read black contam. is very bad.

I'm no expert, but I think it is bruising if you tried to remove it from the jar or something. Dont take my word for it, wait for one of the experts.

i'm no expert either but that one cake has been wierd...it is only a week old.. it should not be fully colonized, i don't think...it looks it tho...but it was a very moist lookin substrate of all of them, the whole cake got white very quick...day before yesterday i checked and there were only those white thick circles you see where the black is surrounding. The other 4cakes the innoculation points are spreading over the cake..this *bruised or contam.* cake didn't spread it just became white...dunno how to explain it

That's not bruising, probably black pin mold... I would birth, cut it in 1/2, toss the top 1/2, then do a bleach dip...

You should forget about that jar, sorry.
