Making spore print is pretty basic for most species. I am wondering if anyone has any tips or advise or suggestions for making a print from Hericium erinaceus? I have a nice large fruitbody and I would like to try. My only idea is to put it on the film and cover with a large bowl and hope the spores fall down. I might even be able to try to print it before it is picked if that would be best. I just do not know as I have not tried to print this mushroom before.
