Found these in arkansas was curious as to what they are, they were found in a field that had recently been fertilized. They have gills but all that i found were closed. They also have a lip on stem.

You surely have some with opened caps there in the third picture. Please let us see the gills.
Other than that, these appear to be either Chlorophyllum or Macrolepiota species.

I would also like to see a shot of the gills or a spore print, I agree with Anglerfish that you have one of the 2 he mentioned

I see a mixed collection. It's hard to identify all of them from the photo, but I think it could be a mixture of Macrolepiota, Chlorophyllum, Lepiota, Agaricus, and Panaeolus. Some of them may be too young to be sure. You shouldn't eat any of these until they are correctly identified.
