What's going on here? Contamination? First grow

Hi there,
This is my first grow so you can imagine I'm just a little clueless. I have a few runts that have greyish caps with sort of a white fuzzy "film" over them. One has a bunch of mycelia (or a contamination) on the lower end of its stipe. I'm thinking of re-culturing and starting over, thoughts?
Also, it took a really long time to colonize this tub - about 3 weeks, so I'm thinking perhaps the substrate isn't nutrient-rich enough or it might be too cold (about 60F at night), I used pasteurized coco coir and vermiculite.

That tub looks barely colonized after three weeks. My guess would be bad spawn. I don't know about the spikes on the bottom of the pins. could be mycelium but could also be cobweb. Someone else will know.

I'm thinking bad spawn too. Would a heating pad help? Do you think I can possibly culture some of the mycelia?

You could drop a pin on a plate. It would be probably be fine for taking transfers from. The wispy white stuff at the bottom of your pins looks like thin mycelium to me, but IDK for sure. It definitely lacks colonization for being 3 weeks old. Are the pins actually greyish? Does it wipe off?

Your sub looks a bit dry to me. Mist lightly so the evaporation could trigger more pins. I am not sure whether you have any contams, it is hard to tell from these images.

Yeah they're a little greyish, I think they're just pretty sad. It's also kinda cold here, been about 55*F at night so I'm thinking of adding a heating pad in the future? I'll definitely try to culture from pins or healthy mycelia.

Stay away from heating pads, get a heater and give them some water, theyre so thirsty they're blue.

Too dry coil. Spray it with boiled water.
