Weird berries(apples??) on tree VT, ID pls

They taste sweet, tree seems to be apple tree, and they have similar taste and texture. Are they just really weird tiny apples or nah? the yellow ones are ripe. Taste good. If not poison would love to nom on a few of these

Premature crab apples maybe.
Berries are alot like mushrooms in one aspect. You shouldn't be an idiot and eat them if you can't ID them.

Yes it's crab apple or a variety of malus sylvestris. Every apple seedling will present different traits than it's parents or siblings, making taxonomy for the species a little compounded.
