Question about jar colonization
    #2622756 - 04/30/04 05:13 PM (19 years, 10 months ago)

shot up my pf tek style jars a week or so ago and it has started to colonize but only on one side of the jar... one big white spot seems to be growing but shouldn't I see this starting on all sides of the jar where I shot em up? Thanks

dont shake your PF jars... the vermeculite barrier may be compromised... be patient and it will colonize completely

not really sure, but you might want to lower that temp to around 78

Wrong. Temps are ideal at 85.468594958305849584 degrees F measured with atomic thermometer. You can be off within a nanodegree or two but anything more than that and you aren't at optimal growth.

It's a fact.
