Each frog has roughly 3 grams you just need to find out how much your mold holds then figure how many grams you want in each then add the amount of water you need ..
Every 3 oz of jello needs 8oz of water .. those molds I have holds about 1oz so I needed roughly 130 ounces of water to make the frogs have 3 grams

Maybe to phrase it a little clearer(but making up microns) 3 layers of a 10micron filter will still just be 3x 10micron filters, they won't/shouldn't filter as well as a single layer of 5micron filter.
More importantly though, is that even tyvek? It looks like some sort of thick weaved material. If i'm seeing the pic right, it looks like you can see right through it, that doesn't look right to me.
That was tyvek builders wrap, I just assumed it was all the same stuff, found out builders wrap is no good so ordered a painters suit.

Either fridge or open air/fan will work. Jst not with heat cuz they warp and melt.
Wat im meant is that you can put them all back into a sauce pan, add a bit of water and heat, and they melt back down into splooge. The more water you add, the more the gelatin will be thined out. I suggested using tea so as not to dilute the potency.

Waiting for second flush. Cleaned up some spores on agar and waiting for clones to grow enough to go into jars!

Anytime my boogie brother
At the moment i jst have plates and 9 jars of millet colonizing with ape, pe, peuw, a rw i jst started from spores, and a few various other rw clones that im curious to see.
Got some better equipment/tools to help. Bunch of supplies ready to go. Most of my energy is spent tackling the contamination epidemic i was experiencing.
Slimmed down my space from nine 100qt tubs and a handful of shoeboxes to six big tubs and a few boxes. Think i may get a flow hood this month if things work out.
So, life is good, sir Boog. Jst trimmin' the fat to appease my minimalist nature. Smoking good dab. Women are beautiful. Shit's good. Sup with you?

I'm about to go cook 60 jars right now to catch up on g2g I only have 100 jars colonizing out 300

They lose a lot of water, if its just jello and water i usually leave mine in the fridge open for at least 3 days it makes them sweeter and reduces the water by 10% or so.

Can't find the inoculation loop I bought and never used yet
Oh yeah amazon sent another fucking media bottle, expensive (canada), but decent deal for here...1 litre working volume, anyways they sent the first one it came with no plastic ring and no lid...so they sent a reship out...
The reship also has no lid , yet all the pictures have lids for the product even the reviews people posted pics theirs came with lids
I feel like telling them to not worry about the damn lid if they let me keep both
Going to check how much a lid costs I have 2 extra but I want them for my 250ml bottles

Im sure everyone knows this but gamma seal lids and 5 gallon pails are the best storage container for any bulk substrate or grain. Non hydrated/pre-sterilized grain obviously.

Try a hot pour ; melt agar then let it cool till just before it starts to solidify and pour a layer over the bacterial plate, or sandwich it; cut a divot in a new plate, put a transfer in it, flame your scalpel, cut a square of agar bigger than the transfer and cover it.
In either case when the mycelium pokes through you take a transfer without cutting all the way down to the bacterial layer.

Ok good to know I drank some of the water that pooled and I definitely have some light visuals these things are pretty potent for sure I will have to put a warning on em lmao
Ed check out black tea agar
Or a hot pour like aye said works great as well

I dnt knw why that happens. Once i tried dusting a not completely cured gummy with granulated sugar and it fucking melted. Draws the water out of them too quickly. Also, light corn syrup is best to use to sweeten them up b4 solidification.
Antibiotic agar is expensive and kind of a trick. It apparently suppresses the contamination but doesnt get rid of it. Makes it difficult to spot and transfer away from.
Tgel is apparently not so much antibacterial as it is pro mycellial. Also requires a fair amount of GE. So much so i thnk that Ferather keeps them plates unwraped in a SAB or something.

You may be able to get fruit from it. The contamination you see might not be all there is, which is why it's generally not advised. Contamned shit does all kinda unpredictable shit, and generally none if it is good. You risk infecting your other shit without proper quarentine. As always, whatever you choose to do will ultimatly be what you shud have done. If it's "wrong" you will learn, cuz that's what you needed.

idk that's a new one to me. I know painter suits/sleeves work. If you're in the states, you can also grab a couple Tyvek envelopes from your local post office for free.
