ID request? Cubensis lookalike?
    #26227857 - 10/03/19 07:14 PM (1 year, 4 months ago)

Habitat:
Southern Oregon countryside. Wooded area with cow dung.

Gills:
Dark gills, maybe dark brown. Didn’t get a spore print.

Stem

Cap:
Orange/brown and wrinkled. Small, maybe an inch wide.

Spore print color:
Didn’t get a spore print.

Other information:
I didn’t think these looks close enough to cubensis to get a spore print or take one with me, but my boyfriend thought they looked close enough to get an ID request in just for the fun of it.

I can't say for sure what species this is, it is hard to tell since they are quite dry, but I don't think they are Cubensis due to no blue bruising (they'd almost certainly be pretty blue if they were that dry and mature).

Those Are Not Psilocybe Cubensis, Maybe Protostropharia Semiglobata.
