Yes there is no reason to seal it air tight.The Mycelluim needs fresh air to grow.It needs to be fanned now and when its pinning or you are going to have a ton of aborts.

Sterality is important but less of an issue at this stage.What is your casing layer?

Yea with that mix you dont have to be super sterile just use common sense.I take casings out of my fruiting chamber and set them in open air on the counter while im cleaning the chamber and they sit there for 10-15 minutes and never had a problem.
