i made up 10 or so syringes bout a month and the spores just clumped together and didnt turn the water a diffrent color. question is it looks like there growing mycluim of the spores in the water, is this possiple or a contam?peace Gypsy

It's completely normal for some spores to show signs of germination in a syringe. This is very very common and has nothing at all to do with nutrients in the water. I've seen this happen in very thoroughly distilled water.

In my experience, this is usually an indication of freshness. The fresher the spores, the more likely to germinate inside the syringe.

It most certainly has nothing to do with contamination.
