Newbie Question about Rye Grain Colonization

Hi Everyone,
I am attempting my first b+ mushroom grow and have four, 1 pound rye grain bags colonizing. One of the bags is fully colonized now, but the other three still have a few days to go. Is it okay to leave the fully colonized bag alone until the other 3 bags catch up (I believe my monotub will need at least two spawn bags)?
