Been using this bagasse in my outdoor projects...found these when I split a bag open ....got a few dirt bags full of bagasse colonised with mycelium so I will let some fruits grow out to get bigger/help identify and try get a decent spore print...last caps were immature/small so just dried up without dropping any spores ...but the motherload where it came from is where I now want to go look... I remember seeing thousands of shrooms a few years back .....

Definitely Psilocybe species. I would love to study a couple of dried specimens or a spore print if you are willing to send it to me.

Psilocybe caerulescens is very keen to sugarcane I believe it was first found in US on sugarcane plantation and if I’m correct Alan Rockefeller visits an old sugarcane mill in Mexico that has massive fruitings of caerulescens Just thought I’d add that but it could be any other psilocybe too

The first enoki-looking species is interesting. "No noticable bruising". Ok. I see the photos has distorted colors, but are you sure there are no blue-greenish stains anywhere, like cap edges or where the stipes meet the mycelia?
The other looks like a Deconica, but not Deconica turficola (=Psilocybe atrobrunnea) because the habitat is totally wrong (among other things). It's probably closer to Deconica coprophila...

Look at the 7th picture. There's bruising on the gills.

I agree with Deconica. No blue staining, right?
