Starting off this one has been in my mind for the past week
"helping myself and helping others are one"
Often i will help others but not help myself, give and not save, this has more to do with caring for myself than being selfish.
Not helping myself eventually means not being able to help others, so its like yaaa go ahead help yourself! .

i normally go into trips with a note pad set up, ironically my last entry was ‘ you cant help everyone, but give **** one last chance’ (my troubled brother)
Whilst tripping i think of and the feel other peoples pain.

“Life is improvisation,” came to me once on an acid trip. Felt like the most profound insight of my life...until I came down. I have no doubt that these little platitudinal nuggets one has in those states are valid on some level, and I think our minds as adults filter out the profound in the ordinary.
Reminds me of a story Sam Harris shares about having the beatific vision, seeing the utter perfection and divinity in a face in front of him for the greater part of three hours, only to come down and see he was staring at a picture of Dick Van Dyke on the cover of TV Guide.

There is no separation. "Your" consciousness, and the "source" of your "consciousness", is the "source" of all "things" and is infinite, absolute, and thus eternal by extension.
That was only on 4g mushrooms dried in silent darkness for me. I can't wait to attempt DMT.

I'm not going to post all my psychedelic ramblings. But what I meant was whatever I do post can only be translated by me because it's from me, as you can only translate what u think. I wasn't saying I can translate you guy's psychedelic writings/thoughts. Words mean different things to different people. That muddies up the whole "being able to read minds" thing. But what I do think is that we are all like rocks on the beach, experiencing different tides. This makes it able to appear that when one is crazy, they are being talked to by everyone who is just talking to their friends. We all share the common language between us, this gives the impression we are all on the same wavelength but that is an illusion

Is it true that life is about breathing air?
And if you don’t breathe certain air, people can get mad?
That means talking, and not talking, must be important.
As organisms we breathe the most air when we talk, eat, take a shit, or have sex. So there’s no way this idea doesn’t make sense.
I haven’t heard anyone word it as such, to put it in as much a Layman’s term possible. Climate change is going on and us conscious “save the rainforests” people have always been in on that good fight. No one else cares or is doing much direct action about it. They’re all doing something else.
If you don’t breathe certain air around certain people tension can generate, which build up as electrical energy for use in creativity and work, which just stalls for time until that right, particular air is breathed.

Not sure if it’s something everyone deals with but you not only have to watch out for opportunism but make sure you get in on any yourself, basically if only you want to eat.
People just do the opposite of whatever you do no matter what, even if it isn’t something you’d normally do.
