Need Help with TERMITES!

Hi Everyone! This is my first post ever and hoping I put it in the right section!
My parents and I are having quite the problem with termites. My dad is in the midst of a slow decade long build of a new house back in the woods of the property he has owned for about 25 years now. He has a mobile home he bought when he first moved there and has also been taking his time building a home back in the woods a bit. Well he has also built a lot of smaller structures to keep all the junk he has. He's a bit of a hoarder, but an outside hoarder. Anyways he has been having problems with some of the wood decaying very quickly. I started to investigate and noticed that he has Termites literally in everything and everywhere. The mobile home and his new house that he is building has some termite infestations but they aren't super bad yet. There is a shed or two that will have to be destroyed soon because of the infestation but his new house and mobile home are still able to be salvaged!
I desperately need to find the non-sporulating Metarhizium Anisoplia that can help kill the termites that Paul Stamets talks about. I have grown some mushrooms myself over the past decade or so and have even played around with agar cultures but very briefly. I just don't know that much about Isolating certain genetics. So I guess I could actually do it myself if I had some metarhizium anisoplia culture and the right directions but I'm just not confident enough in myself with being able to get it done correctly or even in proper time. If anyone could help me out in some way that would be incredible!
I just want to help my parents save their home and their lively-hood. I know if they have to pay an exterminator they will never be able to afford it(not even close). So they will likely pay everything they have and still not be able to adequately resolve the problem and then lose their house and several other structures that are housing a lot of stuff. They are really good kind hearted people that do not deserve this. They make very little money and don't have much money to throw at this.
If anyone has the non-sporulating version of metarhizium anisoplia or anything else that could help, or even if it's just help on how to do it myself with small canning jars and agar in a glove-box it would be more than appreciated by my whole family!

Yes but haven't looked into it much. Would this be applicable/cost effective for a very large area? He has a lot of small structures that are all over the property, I need something that will be able to cover acres of land.

Call a pro and have them spray. Otherwise the property will be ruined. My house has very little wood yet used to have termites. Only the basement walls, house roof, and cabinets are wood. I ripped out all the old basement walls and built new stud walls with insulation. Temps went from low 40s to to low 60s during the coldest of winter.
