You most likely would be totally fine turning 1cc into 10cc, ive done it a couple times

There was a thread where I think either pasty or bod was trying to germinate just a single spore and he diluted a normal syringe into I think 12 syringes and there was still to many spores to get anywhere close to germinating a single spore, so i think you should be fine

Another option you do have is to make a BRF paste and use that like agar if you want to atleast attempt to have a better chance of success agar is gonna be the best bet all the way the though

Why do you even want to go MS to grains though?
