Oh shit, where to begin.

Dude came up in here complaining that his pron sites were all contaminated with incest pron.  He even went as far as to say... Y'all are sick....

1st , complaining about a certain type of pron is like jumping in a dumpster and crying " It stinks in here".

Well dummy , if you don't like the smell , get the fuck outa the dumpster.

2nd... Y'all are sick?  He's the pron junkie...

Ol Tex is a hypocrite.

That being said.... I was once addicted to pRon. Yes it's true. I had a fairly sizeable collection of mags and movies.
  It tainted my relationship with the woman I loved.

There was no making love , it had to be like in the movies.

Then I talked her into bringing her girlfriends in the bed with us.
It was going good for awhile... I thought I was living the dream life....

All things come to an end.... That , my friends is the cold hard truth of living. Nothing is permanent.

She fell in love with one of the girls .....

They conspired....

I was out of my family.

A couple of years later , I had a daughter with a different girl , and I still had this mountain of pron.

Something was different. Something had changed in me.  I couldn't watch it without thinking .... That poor girl that is getting her shit beat up... Most likely to keep herself in drugs....

She is someone's daughter.

Maybe someone's mother.

I swear people , it was like a brick of insight fell out of the sky and landed on my head.

pron is a sickness that grows in you like a festering cancer. It's like being hooked on drugs.
I started out as a kid with a sears catalogue...
Years later... I owned a mountain of pron.
What worked for me then , didn't cut it for long.
It had to be something better.

In summation , I'd like to say.... Don't taint your self with that garbage.

Love your women , don't enjoy seeing them violated.

Oh.... They are having plenty of sex. With their hand and phone.

Why go through the headache of getting laid when pRon is just a click away.

I used to sneak out in the middle of the night , jog a couple of miles ...to go knock on a girls window with the hope of just getting a kiss.

Kids now days are lazy AF.  Try to bring one to work , he wants to stand around with his phone in his hand.

Phones are the demise of social construct. I know people will argue this... Social media has connected us all.....

It has also made everyone into self contained unit , that doesn't need to leave the house for anything.

It's a step in the wrong direction if you ask me.

I think the internet needs an age limit. Just like alcohol, strip clubs, and the military.

I understand this takes away from doing and viewing as we please cause this is murika! But you need to take drastic measures if you want drastic results.

I also understand that putting an age limit on the internet in general would be damn near impossible..

The Genie is out of the bottle. There is no undoing whats been done.
It's about minimising the damage now.

I can see this thread is going to take a turn from it's intended topic , but I think they are tied at the hip at this point.

I imagine a counter culture will arise, a movement if you will. They will shed themselves of these pesky devices.

Probably not in my lifetime.

At first , I thought it was amazing what you could do from the palm of your hand.

Now...  Everything seems lack luster... Digital...

I am X generation.  I know what it was like to walk to a payphone and put a "dime"... Yes a dime ... And make a phone call.
I also know what it was like to meet up at the lake front on Fri. and Sat. night and at the park on Sundays.

All of that is gone.... And I feel it's for the worse.
Now everyone sits at home and facebooks or jacks odf to internet pRon.

There is no doubt in my mind that this new wave of technology is directly linked to the sickness that grows in this country.

Yet.... I am stuck in this quagmire, this dilemma.

I can't simply throw my phone away.

I'd starve.

Urb I think your 100 percent spot on. Mass shootings the rise of incels dropping fertility rates less community all can be tied into pornography addiction and internet addiction. The internet tends to feed negative impulses I feel like.

I agree with the potential addiction aspect and how you can compare it to a drug addiction. Balance, balance, balance.
Everyone's different, everyone has different ways of enjoying their body.
Honestly, pretty surprised to see so many shroomery members take the 100 or 0 approach to porn.

Plenty find a balance and live a successful life that includes whatever you want to do to enjoy your body that works for you.

For me it's a coffee in the morning, a little cannabinoids vaped throughout the day. Rarely I'll have some THC before bed but the trade off is I don't remember my dreams, and might not even be having the usual lucid dreams because I can't remember. Porn is something where one week I might look once and some weeks I'll hand solo 4-5 times.
 
  As for porn both my wife and I have times where we have been really into porn. Hell at one point 9-10 years ago when many cam sites were first taking off we found a way to have fun doing what we wanted and play on cam for a couple hours most days, and that alone paid all the bills and everything else went to whatever else.
  I see a lot of people referring, especially religious types, to their partner as THEIR girl or MY guy in a very ownership kind of way. We are completely honest with each-other and both are in a position where we want the other to experience whatever they want to try. Seeing each-other happy makes the other happy. There's no jealousy because we are 100% partners in this holographic simulation with shared feeling for each-other which means not wanting to hold the other one back from anything. We've always had a deep connection, like on mushrooms, where we often know exactly what the other is feeling/thinking. Existence isn't perfect, we wouldn't be here if we were, but we've found a pretty damn good balance that works for us.
We've been together for 12-13 years. Lived together for 10 years.

Im a millennial, I was born in 89, I still used payphones in my teens, not everyone had a flip phone yet, im jelly of the dime, we had to put in a quarter, we had better memories back then too cause of the payphone, we would have like 20-30 phone numbers memorized

I still dont have a phone yet, I ordered my first phone last feburary, the librem 5 by purism, you can turn that phone into a brick by flipping a few kill switches so it can only track you while you have thoses switches in a certain position, but the phone keeps getting delayed, it was supposed to come out this month, but they released a new date at the begining of september :crankey:

now payphone are hard to find, my town has slowly been getting rid of them, the only 5 spots are left are

at the docks, theres 2

by the taxi stand, theres 1

at the walmart, theres 2

by the bell canada building theres 1

at one of the 2 malls, theres 4

the other mall used to have 4 or maybe 6 but they got rid of them, and by the mr sub there used to be 1 but they got rid of it

and they raised the price from a quarter to 50 cents maybe 10 years ago, im still pissed about that
