So, lets think through this...

What could happen if you left un-sterilized BRF jars for a day? They would remain contaminated, right? Worst case, whatever spores or bacteria were floating around in your air might start germinating...

So after a day without sterilizing, what do you have? You've still got un sterilized BRF jars. And what happens when you sterilize un-sterilized BRF jars?

IMO, it's very helpful to not only understand the exact procedures you're doing, but also why you're doing them. Why do you inoculate after PC/Steaming the jars? Why do you need to torch the syringe needle between jars? What's that dry vermiculite layer for? If you can figure out what's going on inside your jars, you will have an easier time using your intuition to guide your grow. Happy growing! I hope I've been helpful.
