Help a newbie

Habitat:
I found this in the bush growing in some dirt next to old fallen branches. I’m from New Zealand.

Gills are semi distant.

Stem:
Semi thick and long white stem.

Cap:
Cone like with a browny / yellow color.

Bruising:
Darker at centre of top of mushroom.

Other information:
There is a leaf like skirt pretty sturdy attached to the stem.

Please help me identify what this is! Thankyou guys
