Help with id please

Habitat:
Where does it grow? Northeast ohio, growing out of a rotten stump.

Gills:
Pale yellow to cream. (Got excited and picked before full maturity)

Stem:
Length 3 inches

Cap:
1.5 inch across, dry almost velvety

Spore print color:
Early picking made more spores drop and peel of part of the margin, hard to see in pics

Bruising:
Not enough to tell between drying out.

Other information:
Found pins on same stump before but they didnt make it.

Looks like Psathyrella delineate or Psathyrella rugocephala.
