You don't equate Cold WAR to war?  That's because you have no idea what happens in a cold war that is actually very much a hot war.

It's just not full blown war.  They snoop and poop and everything they can so if they get a green light to start launching air bombing campaigns.

Syria started before Trump.  There's been a degrading of US support in Syria since Trump.  That doesn't mean the conflict is over, it means that the President is not committed.

So basically another loss for the USA.

I doubt 100% of what you claim there.

Yes people do get "slaughtered" in cold wars.  Just not at the same rates, not on their own soil.  Not if they are a super power.  Proxy wars are the blood baths of cold wars.

The US military operated in well over 100 nations last year.  The build up in Australia is to counter China.

We do not know yet with Australia.

Backing off in Syris cannot be good for US backed rebels.  Without support they'll be slaughtered.

I do not particularly agree with high level US officials and what the claim.

With all the strict propaganda in Russia and there satelite nations, such as Syria....these are not free elections.  I doubt America even has free elections anymore with all the money that goes into spreading bullshit and manipluating votes.  Far worse in Eastern Europe.

Any time a dictator or ex kgb wins by a landslide and opposition is in prison while protestors are jailed is not free.

Ya there is a lot of manipluation that goes into being a dictator.

Saddam had a lot of support too.  Maybe it's not interesting to you how people that oppose dictators disappear and nobody ever finds their tortured bodies.

It's illegal in Russia to speak out against Putin.  A young guy is considered a terroist in Russia for playing pokimon go in a Church.
