How to find a trip sitter or guided experience in the UK

I'm sorry if this breaks any of the forum rules.


I currently have a lot of psylocibin truffles that I'm planning on using to treat depression. I've been doing a lot of reading and listening to podcasts and I have done shrooms and truffles in the past but have decided I want to take a larger dose and see if it can reset some neural pathways as I've read about. I really don't want to do this alone or in my own house (this house holds a lot of bad memories).







This is pretty much a last resort for me and I'm really hoping I can find somebody or somewhere I can do this in a safe manner.


I'm 35, generally down to earth and friendly and open minded.

Thanks for any advice offered and I'm happy to answer any questions.

Maybe try microdosing instead ? Or if you have close friend or partner just open up, be honest, send them some articles about psychedelics treating depression/ anxiety so they read about it and possibly be with you while you are tripping and give you some reassurance. I prefer to trip on mushrooms on my own or in a little group of 2, 3 people.  If there is more people or some that are trying mushrooms for the first time I cant focus on my trip completely because I'm making sure if they are okay etc.

What is more, im sure you would feel more comfortable around person that you know well, rather than a stranger
