WOOOOHOOOOO!
    #2617532 - 04/29/04 06:42 PM (12 years, 9 months ago)

So i tried a little experiment 2 weeks ago. It's a tek that I read about using a tupperware container and putting in it a bunch of hard to find ingredients (at least for me) like oyster shells and the like. So I decided, because i had too much money at the time and wanted to play scientist, that i'd try what my friend suggusted to me: make a PF style cake inside of a tupperware container.

The long and the short of it is it worked! Just nuke it for 8 minutes or so with the standard amount of material (water just coming out of the verm and a semi thick layer of BRF) and inject in 2 or 4 spots where you like after it's cooled. I just checked my two experiments , one with a layer of dry verm on the bottom and top, and one with just the top, and both are nearly completely colonized. Hope this'll be a low cost alternative to anybody, and if i'm ripping any tek off  :frown: forgive me. Peace, everybody. :mushroom2:

you should get a  giant fish novelity drinking cup from a theme park and make a giant fish novelity cake. my friend made a bong out of one a while back and i was thinking it'd be cool to have shrooms growing from a giant fish  you'd have to destroy the cup to get it out to fruit though :stoned:

You know I tried something similar I think. What I did was to use the jars like normal and then break up the pieces into a large container and then let it sit for a week and then dump into the chamber. (I used the normal jars cause they finished faster then the big container)

Result
Not the best, but not the worst.

Nice! I think shrooms growing from a giant fish has to be one of the coolest idea's i've heard. I just might try it.
And even if i get something worse than what you got Magash i'd be happy, i thought it was done for. It looked very dry when i took it out of the microwave, like all the water cooked away or deposited on the sides.  I hope mine fruits as well as yours! :mushroom2:
