 What to do with this plant?

She's about 4-ish months old at this point. After about a month and a half of an insanely dry summer and terrible soil conditions I moved her from where she was at to a tub filled with about 50% horse shit, 10% chicken shit, and dirt. She was a single cola that died off, or so I had thought, and bounced back to the bush she is now.
We're on about a 12/12 cycle right now and temps stay about 80+ every day. I just had to move her to the garage for Dorian and we may have another 4 hurricanes behind that. She went about a day and a half with just some ambient light from a 2 ft fluorescent garage light. Should I just chop her down or will she get much bigger buds?
   
If I do let her live should I defoliate again to get bigger buds? Or just leave her as is?

let her live. she needs those leaves to capture sunlight. you will not get bigger buds by ripping off the leaves at this point, the bigger fan leaves will fall off as the plant uses more energy to grow the flowers

Thank you. Any suggestions for bigger buds? Or better buds?
And what is considered trim at the end? All the leaves or just the small stuff I'll be cleaning off the buds?
Ive been making a lot of edibles lately and want to get the most out of this plant. I had a cannabis growing book but lost it in my move.

Why would you chop her down. If she was growing outside then buds will keep getting bigger through October

just because ive had to break the light cycle already, I'm worried moving her in and out for the next couple hurricanes may be detrimental. After pulling her out of the garage she has started to go yellow all over. And I may be moving soon.
