Pins popped while out of town. total loss?

As stated, I was out of town for a bit and two of my bins went from frosted casing to full canopy by the time I got back. It's really humid in the bins and the caps are all starting to invert. Is this a total loss? I'm guessing they have been open for maybe 5 days. I imagine I should be able to pick and go for a second flush at the worst yea?

As for this batch, would it be worth it to dry em and make an extract?

They fine if they're not slimey or smell funky. Wipe the spores off if you want but they won't hurt anything. Some say they make them taste worse so you could just make them into tea if you want
