Do you see a lot of first fights around where you're at ?

I was out last night gambling a bit

Seen some kind of a big brawl breack out it looked pretty harsh

It's like that all of the time every night

even out at the country bars

Pretty sure it's like that everywhere

i havent seen a fight in a long time, but i did see one in a dream last night. it was a large group beating up one person. i dont remember the whole dream but that was a very vivid part. im trying to remember the last fight i watched in person and i cant remember. i used to see a lot of heated arguments whilst riding public transportation for 2 years because i lost my license lol

That is scary

The cops never do anything about it and they dont care , one time they were on bikes with the street closed off

a fight broke , they just stood there pointing it out laughing

Went to drink a beer with a co worker in the country I'm not sure what happend but a group of guys that I know chased this one guy out of the bar and they beat the shit out of him in the street right infront of a security camera , people were cheering it on and laughing

It was pretty sad to me , they just left him knocked out in the road and nothing happend no cops nothing

its unfortunate, but the police arent going to change the behavior patterns of those assholes. spending a few hours in jail will probably reinforce their negative actions and hell, probably also give them a false sense of pride too.. "i went to jail for kickin someone's ass!! im tough!!"

Every now and then punches are thrown at my local pool but it's usually teens, doesnt really amount to anything, not really punching to to damage, its more carried away primate behavior of wanting to drum on a roival rather than wanting to destroy someone.

I can honestly say I haven't seen a fist fight as an adult. Guy told me a pretty funny story about a fist fight he was in tho. This dude swung at him so obviously he squared up and faught back, and every time he landed a punch the guy would be like "Alright good hit bro, good hit!" Makes you wonder how some people are raised like wtf

I am surprised most of you guys say it's not quite like that out your way

If I dont like my new job I am going to fly to Manhattan beach South California to stay with family

I've been there before it's pretty nice lots of surfing and beach sports , bicycle trail on the coast

Not that it will be better there or anything , probably worse not far from there

But it will be cool the town I'm in right now is really nice too there is no ocean though

The life style of traveling around working temp jobs might be fun

Ive been beaten by 8 people at once, one with a piece of lumber, that one was bad

Another time I got jumped by dude's with monkey wrenches n shit

Those were both when I was in high school in NJ


People never fight me one on one it's always a group with weapons because I'm so big

Rarely do fights ever happen for a good reason. The last time I saw a fight was a long ass time ago. I can hardly remember what was going on. Last time I participated was maybe 2-3 years ago, guy wanted to pick on me and act the fool while we were drinking. Couldn't handle me chirping back, he attacked twice and ended up getting the shit slapped out of him . Really sucked the pride right out of him that day. He's never been the same since, like I finally convinced him he's not tough and it hurt his feelings

was down to my lowest in probably 15 or so years earlier today... most definitely back over it by now, but it was worth celebrating. about 230 right now (give or take a couple) if i can get down to about 200, i'll cut to 185 and get in some of these amateur mma fights out here. could be fun to get my ass whooped a few times. i miss competing something fierce.

Are you eating meat+greens 5-6 times a day and doing a fuckton of cardio?

That's what I've been doing and the fat is falling off me. At about 14% right now but I'm gonna hit 9% by the end of the year, even if it kills me.

nope.

i'm eating the same old bullshit i always do, just less of it. + moar cardio and weights.

i want to do more cardio that i've been, but i got a bad case of tendentious in my foot limiting me atm. i'm hoping it might fix itself soon... seems to be doing better the more weight i lose. all i can really do right now without extra pain is the sitting bike... and that is boring as fuck. even the ellipticals  aggravate it like a mother.

I do the sitting bike 3x a day. Do you have one at home? Cheap as fuck to get one secondhand if not. I put a kindle on the front of it to limit the boringness - it really helps man - I exercise my mindbrain at the same time as burning fat. Do you do fasted cardio (first thing)?

kind of? i mean, no, not technically...

my work schedule got me working 6am-3pm. i work produce, so it's a lot of throwing around watermelons and sacks of potatoes and shit all day. very physical job, i'm moving all the time. i skip breakfast, first meal of the day is lunch, at noon. usually pretty light. then i hit the gym right after work, eat a hefty dinner, call it a day around 8 or 9pm. repeat.

the hard part is convincing myself to stick to the routine on my days off.

i do need to get some shit to do at home though. a bike would be tits. really i'd like my foot to stop hurting enough i can run around the neighborhood.
