I can't see the remnants of veil very well... It might be one of these yellow Amanita Muscaria (var. Guessowii) you can find in States and I bet that's what it is, HOWEVER I'm far from being specialist, plus I don't know exactly what species grow around there! Wait for response from Trusted Identifier before considering doing anything with this mushroom. Stay safe!
