Whenever i decide to go off kratom I use coffee and imodium. The withdrawal only lasts like 36 hours and then im ok. The symptoms are super mild like lethargy and splatty dooks. You really arent doing yourself any favors by using benzos.

You just have to man up and quit.  Tapering is you justifying continued use.

Get in the mindset to enjoy pain for awhile.  Quit.  Here’s where you’ll need to be responsible, if shit gets terrible and I mean when you are dug in with the mindset of embracing the suck, take a small spoonful if need be. Get your momentary break and then dig into the suck.  You’ll stop getting wd’s pretty quickly.  After that you’re just going have to ‘battle’ the psychological aspect of not having it around, so take the guesswork out of it and don’t have it around.  Eventually your thoughts of it will fade and you’ll be done.

Outside of that there’s no magic kratom pill you can take to not take kratom.  Don’t even consider taking poppy tea or god forbid benzos, that’s just fuckin dumb.  You got yourself in, now get yourself out, that simple.

Edit, and when I mean get your break I mean if you’re twitching around some night and have to be at work in 4 hours, take a spoonful and get your sleep.  I don’t mean take some just because “it hurts”.  A spoonful, enough to ease the wd, not stop it.  Don’t cheat :crankey:

I just used suboxone for a quick 5 day taper off heroin and worked great. Don't know if it works for kratom and probably isn't necessary at all. The worst you'll get is RLS at night if you go cold turkey. Just quit on a Thursday night, then on Friday run yourself ragged and take magnesium. Same for Saturday and by Monday you should be fine.

I usually just cold turkey kratom. I did taper once and came out with almost no withdrawal symptoms. I think it was a 1 to 2 week taper, from like 7 grams to 1 gram

Idk why people keep replying to this old thread. If he isnt off kratom by now, your advice is probably gonna be worthless anyway
