Dense white clusters

Well, I do not believe these are a contaminant but are these really some absurd hyphal gatherings orrrr is my intuition wrong? These are from a KSS syringe on coir/verm/coffee/pickling lime. The surface colonized practically overnight so I have a hard time believing it got contaminated but I wouldn't not believe it was. It seems like there are pins forming on it but I could also be wrong.
