Different, but grander.

I would say grander in the sense of people being more connected now due to the net. Yes different, and yes grander, not grander in the way it was, only grander in the only way it can be due to the times. There can only be some slight comparison(s) IMHE. Different times, different ways of being and thinking.

Wasn't Woodstock muddy as shit? The land was dirty as shit. The food was expensive. IIRC there were issues with water and having bathrooms. I'd love to see Pink Floyd but if the conditions were terrible I'd say it was a shit hole of a concert/festival.
