Week long stomach pains

Hey all. So I am unsure as to the culprit at this time, but I have had pretty intense stomach pains for a week now (I have a doc appt. this afternoon), but wanted to look at possibilities here...

I have just finished my first few grows... A few PF tek cakes and cake to bulk tub... No real visual contams from my novice eye, maybe just a lil myc piss... I had a few fresh doses without any discomfort or nausea. Ive never puked or had any real pain on shrooms...

Anyway, last Sunday (8 days ago) I began to feel just a bit ill at work, a very mild nausea... Pretty sure I did a fresh dose the day before...

I went home for the night, ate, all seemed pretty ok... I think it was the next day, during the evening, I began to feel nauseous (I can't remember if the actual pain started before or after this point). I went to bathroom to puke, got the sweat break out, dry heaved once or twice and then the nausea passed (without puking). Since then I have had moderate to intense upper stomach pain... Ive tried Pepcid, pepto bismol, gas pills, and charcoal capsules. None provide lasting relief and I cant tell if an one is more effective than the other...

I would hate to believe this was caused by the shrooms, but what are some things I might consider? Is there maybe a bacterial contam that could cause this or something else? The pain seems to be relieved if I eat and get worse when my stomach is not sort of "full".

My stomach has been hurting for 7-8 days now (off and on but consistently). In that time I have also grown and consumed lions mane from a grow bag.

What are some things I should look for or consider as to finding the source...

Really hoping the doc today will tell me Im jus constipated or have excess gas or something lol (no, I have not had excess flatulence lately, only very mild diarrhea for one of those days). I have consumed a few small doses during that time to gauge if it made it worse or not and its hard to say for certain because the discomfort has been pretty consist ant.
