First time grow, wondering if this is mold.

Wondering is is contamination in my grow. For context, I followed a normal tek for substrate jars, but over inoculated with spore solution. I had lots of side pinning and decided to bag the jars instead of going to the fruiting chamber.
Is this mold in the photo below or something else? what is the likelihood of contamination at this stage and what can I do to prevent it?

Any tips on where to go from here since this is my first grow. If this is contamination should I harvest the other jars right away and discard the one with contamination?

Looks like spores. That biggest mushroom matured a while ago and is just dumping spores everywhere. You usually want to pull them before the caps turn up like that.
